1. Order Confirmation and Deposit Information
A deposit is required upon booking to secure your spot.
All deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel the tour or notify you otherwise due to unforeseen circumstances.
Full payment must be made 90 days prior to departure.
2. Change Policy
If you need to change your departure date or participant names, please notify us as soon as possible. Changes will be subject to supplier policies and actual circumstances.
All changes may be subject to administrative fees and price differences, which are the customer’s responsibility. No changes will be accepted within 90 days of departure.
3. Cancellation Due to Force Majeure
If the tour cannot depart as scheduled due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, epidemics, government bans, or temporary closures of airlines, resorts, or related services, we will assist you in arranging a postponement or rescheduling, or provide a partial refund (excluding incurred expenses). Borneo Wonders Holiday Sdn Bhd is not responsible for any other losses incurred.
4. Other Information
This policy applies to all bookings made through our official website, social media platforms, or designated agents.
We reserve the right to adjust this policy based on individual circumstances or supplier requirements.
In the event of any dispute, the laws of Malaysia shall prevail, and Borneo Wonders Holiday Sdn Bhd reserves the right of final interpretation.
