Q. How do I book my trip on the website?
To make a booking:

  1. Click “Add to Cart” on the trip or activity you wish to book.

  2. Click “Continue Shopping” if you’d like to add more adventures, or click “Checkout” to proceed.

  3. Log in with your account. If you don’t have one yet, simply create a new account before continuing.

  4. Enter your traveler details (such as names, pick-up and drop-off information) and click Next.

  5. Select any add-on services you’d like to include, then click Next.

  6. Choose your payment method and click Next.

  7. Review your booking details and agree to the terms and conditions.

  8. Click “Confirm Booking” to finalize your reservation.

Q. What are the payment methods available?
www.borneowonders.com offers secure and convenient payment through Fiuu Payment, supporting:

  1. Credit / Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

  2. Online Banking (FPX)

  3. E-Wallets (GrabPay, Touch ’n Go, Boost, and more)

Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

  • Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.

Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

  1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
  2. Click Submit.
  3. A verification message will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.

Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes,  only if the order is still on pending status.

– Please send an email to our customers service email at <<info@borneowonders.com>> with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.

– Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancel.

Q. What is the product’s transaction currency?
All products transaction currency will be done in MYR.

Q. How long does the booking confirmation usually take?
Booking confirmations are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the tour and availability.
