以下为确保您旅程顺畅与安全的简要指南。

  1. Reservations: Advance booking is required. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time are non-refundable.
  3. No-Show Policy: Failure to appear within 15 minutes of the scheduled departure time will result in forfeiture of the full tour price.
  4. Refunds (Extenuating Circumstances): Full refunds will be granted for cancellations due to documented flight delays, illness, or verifiable emergencies. Borneo Wonders Holiday reserves the right of final interpretation on any refund request and it is final and binding.
  5. Participant Requirements: All participants are required to attend pre-tour briefings and comply with the tour guide’s instructions.
  6. Personal belongings: Guests are solely responsible for the safe-keeping of their personal belongings, valuables, and equipment throughout the duration of the tour. Borneo Wonders Holiday and its staff shall not be held liable or responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items, regardless of how or where such incidents occur during the excursion.
  7. Tour Modification/Cancellation: The company reserves the right to modify or cancel tours based on prevailing conditions. The company’s decision in such matters is final and binding.
  8. Weather Conditions (Mount Kinabalu): Rain is a common occurrence in the Mount Kinabalu region and will not typically affect tour operations unless severe weather events such as thunderstorms or landslides occur.
  9. Force Majeure: The company reserves the right to alter itineraries, dates, routes, meals, guides, and scheduled times without prior notice due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, road closures, and adverse weather.
  10. Pricing and Itinerary Modifications: The company reserves the right to modify tour prices and itineraries without prior notification.
  11. Gratuities: Tipping is at the discretion of the guest.
  12. Exclusions: Items not specifically listed in the tour description are not included.
  13. Itinerary Disclaimer: The published itinerary is a guideline and is subject to change.
  14. Optional activities on site: All optional on-site activities and service upgrades are provided strictly on a voluntary basis with no obligation to purchase. Payment rendered on-site constitutes explicit, immediate acceptance of the optional service and its associated costs. All optional purchases made on-site are strictly non-refundable once paid or consumed. Borneo Wonders Holiday reserves the right of final interpretation regarding optional activity arrangements.
  15. Travel Insurance Recommendation: Personal travel insurance is strongly recommended, as the company’s insurance coverage is limited.
